Quality Policy

EPI will continue to satisfy customer quality requirements through continuous efforts to improve quality and the effectiveness of our quality management system.
  • Based on this basic policy, we will meet customer requests with original technology, sincerity, and spirit in order to gain their satisfaction and trust.
  • To realize our Quality Policy, we will establish and improve our quality management system based on the requirements of JIS Q 9001:2015 (ISO 9001:2015).
  • We will set “quality targets” for each fiscal year, and set and work on “departmental quality targets” in order to achieve these targets. These targets will be reviewed from as appropriate at M/R and quality meetings to ensure continuous improvement.
  • We will provide the necessary education and training to all relevant employees in order to achieve our quality targets.

Environmental Policy

EPI recognizes that addressing environmental issues is an important requirement for the survival of the company, and will consider the harmony between its business activities and the natural environment, clarify issues, and promote continuous improvement of its environmental management system.
  • We are committed to energy conservation, waste separation and recycling, promoting the introduction and use of recycled products, and providing environmentally friendly products and services.
  • We will comply with environmental laws, regulations, and other requirements.
  • We will establish “environmental objectives” and “environmental targets,” periodically review our environmental management system, and strive to continuously make improvements and prevent environmental pollution.
  • We will make our Environmental Policy known to all employees and widely disseminate appropriate information outside the company.
